We accept PNG, PDF, and TIFF files. PNG is the most common and works great for most designs. Make sure your file has a transparent background where needed, especially for designs going onto coloured garments.

Yes — every file is checked before it goes to print. If we spot any issues with resolution, transparency, or layout, we'll reach out before printing so nothing is wasted.

300 DPI at print size is the sweet spot for sharp, clean results. Going lower risks pixelation, especially on detailed designs or fine text. If you're unsure, upload what you have and we'll flag any concerns during our artwork check.

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed and artwork approved. During busy periods we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Press at 160°C with medium pressure for 10–15 seconds, warm peel, then repress for a further 10–15 seconds. Check out our full How to Press guide for step-by-step instructions.

Absolutely. There are no minimum order quantities — order one transfer or fill an entire gang sheet. It's totally up to you.

DTF printing is CMYK-based, so colours are very close to what you see on screen — but screens display in RGB which is a wider colour range. Neons and very bright colours may appear slightly different. If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a sample first.

We'll contact you before printing if we think the artwork won't produce a good result. We never print something we know will look bad. In some cases we may be able to upscale or clean up your file — just ask.
